Experience

My experience combines senior leadership roles inside organisations with advisory and outsourced executive work across complex, regulated, and high-accountability environments.


This combination allows me to support boards and leadership teams with both strategic perspective and practical execution.

Building and Leading Organisations

A significant part of my career was spent building, growing, and leading organisations from within, including senior leadership roles in regulated, multi-jurisdictional, and high-accountability environments. 


This experience included responsibility for organisational design, leadership teams, operational performance, governance, and stakeholder engagement, often during periods of organic growth, acquisitive expansion, transition, or heightened scrutiny.

Selected Leadership and Executive Roles

Senior leadership roles have included:


• Executive leadership roles within JLT Insurance Management Group (JLTIM)
• An executive oversight role during the America’s Cup Bermuda programme
• Board level leadership overseeing post-acquisition integration of JLTIM following JLT acquisition by Marsh

• Executive leadership role establishing and operating Oneglobal Broking in Bermuda


These roles carried accountability for organisational performance, engagement with senior stakeholders, and delivery in complex environments.

Advisory and Outsourced Executive Work

Since 2018, my work has focused primarily on insurance advisory and outsourced executive engagements,

supporting boards and leadership teams in Bermuda-based organisations across insurance, captive, and regulated environments.


Engagements have included interim and fractional executive roles, structured advisory assignments, and leadership support during periods of change, remediation, or strategic realignment.
